Daniel M. Krawczyk

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Krawczyk is President and Chief Executive Officer of RYAM, effective June 22, 2026.

Prior to joining RYAM, Mr. Krawczyk served as President and Board Member of Huber Engineered Materials, a division of J.M. Huber Corporation, from 2017 to 2026. In this role, he led a global portfolio of specialty chemical and mineral businesses, driving growth through operational excellence, strategic acquisitions, portfolio optimization, sustainability initiatives, and talent development.

Previously, Mr. Krawczyk served as Executive Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development for J.M. Huber Corporation from 2013 to 2017, where he was responsible for corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, portfolio planning, and capital allocation. He played a key role in advancing the company’s long-term growth strategy through the acquisition and divestiture of several businesses.

Prior to J.M. Huber, Mr. Krawczyk served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Gibson Guitar Corporation, where he led the company’s financial transformation, strategic acquisitions, and capital markets activities. Earlier in his career, he served as Global Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Business Development at Belden Inc., helping expand the company’s presence through acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and market development initiatives.

Mr. Krawczyk also held leadership positions in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, treasury, and strategy at DTE Energy and Delphi Corporation. He began his career with Ford Motor Company in engineering and finance roles supporting product development and manufacturing.

Mr. Krawczyk has extensive board experience, including service on the boards of Huber Engineered Materials, CP Kelco, and Huber Engineered Woods, and currently serves on the board of the Give-a-Note Foundation.

Mr. Krawczyk holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan. He has also completed executive education programs in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, strategic leadership, and authentic leadership.
