Whitney K. McGuire

Whitney joined RYAM in August 2018 as an Associate General Counsel, was promoted to Assistant General Counsel , and became Vice President and Assistant General Counsel in January 2023.

Before joining RYAM, Whitney practiced law as a commercial litigator for 12 years. She was a Shareholder with Smith Hulsey & Busey when she joined the company. Whitney spent the first 9 years of her professional career working as a process engineer and manufacturing manager in fine chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing with Hoffmann-La Roche and Henkel Surface Technologies.

Whitney holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
