Jay joined Rayonier in October 2010 as Vice President Human Resources and was named Senior Vice President Human Resources in March 2013. Following the separation, he was appointed as Senior Vice President Human Resources for RYAM. Jay’s experience includes strategic HR initiatives, talent management, labor relations, learning and development, compensation and benefits, organizational effectiveness, leadership alignment, health and welfare programs, and HRIS.

Prior to Rayonier, Jay was with Albemarle Corporation, a manufacturer of polymers and fine chemicals, where he served as global director, human resources for more than eight years.

Jay earned a BS in management from Western Kentucky University.
