Chris Sittard

Chris joined RYAM as Vice President, Sourcing in January 2024. Chris brings over twenty years of sourcing experience, progressing from division sourcing responsibility at Hercules Incorporated
and Ashland Inc.

Prior to joining RYAM, Chris was Chief Procurement Officer for Zep Inc., where he oversaw the
rebuilding of a centralized Procurement team of 14 professionals responsible for strategically sourcing $400 MM of chemicals, packaging, purchased finished products, logistics, indirect and corporate services.

From 2014 to 2021, Chris was Senior Vice President of Global Sourcing and Chief Procurement Officer at Solenis LLC, where he led a centralized Procurement team of 60+ professional and
operational resources who were responsible for strategically sourcing $2.0+ B of chemicals, logistics, indirect and corporate services.

Mr. Sittard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Assumption University.
