Lise Gingras

Lise became RYAM’s Vice President, Human Resources in January 2026, following a nearly 30-year career in human resources spanning global talent management, total rewards, labor relations, and diversity and inclusion. She joined Tembec Inc. in 1996 and progressed through multiple leadership roles, including Corporate Manager of Human Resources, Senior Director of Employee and Labor Relations for Canadian Operations, and Senior Director of Talent Management. After RYAM’s acquisition of Tembec in 2017, she continued to advance within the organization, serving as Vice President, Talent Management & Diversity in 2022 and Vice President, Talent and Total Rewards in 2024 before assuming her current role.

Prior to her executive roles, Lise led major HR functions across North America, Europe, and Asia, overseeing compensation and benefits, internal communications, social media strategy, succession planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. She also managed large, unionized operations with up to 20 collective agreements and guided teams through significant organizational transformation and culture-building.

Ms. Gingras holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Ottawa and a Certificate in Industrial Relations from the Université du Québec en Outaouais.
