At the RYAM Foundation, we are committed to supporting organizations that create meaningful, lasting changes in the communities where we live and work. That’s why we are proud to award a $5,000 grant to Lutheran Social Services of Northeast Florida nonprofit that has been uplifting and nourishing our neighbors for over 40 years.
This grant will support the LSS Food Pantry, which provides vital food assistance to individuals and families facing hunger across Northeast Florida. At a time when so many are struggling to put meals on the table, we believe it’s more important than ever to stand with community partners who are making a real difference.
Founded in 1979 by a coalition of Lutheran churches and Jacksonville leaders, Lutheran Social Services has grown from a small food pantry into a multifaceted nonprofit that serves thousands of people each year. Through their Nourishment Network, they’ve delivered food and hope to hundreds of thousands, guided by compassion and a deep commitment to those in need.
We are honored to support their mission. Backing LSS means investing in a stronger, healthier, and more resilient community—one where no one must wonder where their next meal will come from. This grant helps fill pantry shelves—and hearts—with the nourishment every person deserves.
Thank you, Lutheran Social Services of Northeast Florida, for the incredible work you do every day. We’re proud to stand with you in building a brighter future for our neighbors.
