At RYAM we pay for individual and company performance and benchmark our salary ranges to market data from a nationally recognized agency to stay competitive in the market in which we operate. What you receive as a RYAM employee:
- Base pay (salary or hourly depending on job)
- Long-Term Incentive (Specified management and senior management level roles are eligible)
- Bonus plan
- Salary annual bonus is calculated based on bonus plan target % and company, business unit and individual performance
Your benefits (US):
RYAM offers a comprehensive benefits package for employees, legally married spouse (same-sex and opposite-sex) and eligible dependents under the age of 26.
Your benefits (Canada):
RYAM offers a comprehensive benefits package for employees, spouses (common law relationships are recognized for opposite-sex and same-sex unions of at least twelve months) and eligible dependents under the age of 22 (if full-time student, benefit eligibility extended to age 26).
