The session detailed RYAM’s transformation of its supply chain planning through the integration of real-time capabilities across forecasting, production, and order confirmation. From block planning with grade wheels to scenario modeling and margin analysis, the presentation demonstrated RYAM’s focus on operational agility and continuous improvement.
Representing RYAM at the conference were Karine Bliffen, Director of Enterprise Applications; Matt Emerson, Senior ERP and Enterprise Application Analyst; Denver Stewart, Programmer Analyst; David Borosch, IT PMO Project Manager; and William Harklerode, Category Leader for Commodity Purchasing and Corporate Indirect Category Sourcing. Their collective presence reflected RYAM’s cross-functional dedication to innovation and digital transformation across IT, procurement, and enterprise systems.
