At RYAM, we’re lucky to have some truly amazing administrative assistants who keep things moving, organized, and on track—often without missing a beat. In honor of Administrative Professionals Day, we’re putting the spotlight on four of our administrative assistants whose commitment, organization, and positivity make a difference every day!

Rosemary Grossman
Sr Executive Assistant—HR

As a senior executive assistant, it is my job to help bridge collaborations across the company, both internally and externally, and be supportive in as many ways as possible. My experience at RYAM boasts a dynamic and diverse environment where the recognition of individuals and teams is foremost, and innovation and creativity are encouraged, giving an opportunity to learn and grow.

Jane Rorick
Sr Executive Assistant—Finance
Jacksonville, FL
I can’t help but reflect on the incredible journey these past 25 years have been. From colleagues who have become like family to the privilege of working alongside the senior leadership team, I’m grateful for every experience we’ve shared. Being an administrative professional has given me the opportunity to support and collaborate with so many talented individuals, and I take great pride in my work each day. Contributing to the company’s continued success alongside such a dedicated team has been truly fulfilling!

Rachel Padgett
Administrative Coordinator
Jesup, GA
What I enjoy most about being an administrative professional is knowing that I’m the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. While many think it’s just calendars and phone calls, there’s actually a lot of strategic thinking involved—constantly prioritizing, adapting, and anticipating needs. One of my proudest moments was stepping in to support another department during a colleague’s leave, juggling new responsibilities while maintaining my own. It was a challenge, but it showed me how much I thrive under pressure. At the end of the day, it’s the people I support who motivate me—I take pride in making their workdays easier and helping the team succeed.

Jessie Morin
Administrative Assistant III
Temiscaming, QC
Knowing that the work I do helps keep things running smoothly for my team is what motivates me most. I take pride in being someone my colleagues can count on, whether it’s solving problems, organizing behind-the-scenes details, or just being a steady presence in a busy environment. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to contribute, and that keeps me inspired and engaged.
